Twin Towns

The idea of town twinnig is to create social and curtural links between geographically paired towns (usually from different countries). Very often, twin towns have smilarities (demographical or other) that become a base for cooperation.

Konstancin-Jeziorna has signed partneship agreements with six towns:

• Leidschendam-Voorburg
• Saint-Germain-en-Laye
• Hranice
• Kremenets
• Pisogne
• Naujoji Vilnia

There is also a cooperation protocol signed with Latvian town Cēsis, which will hopefully develop into full partnership agreement in the future. All of the towns have a significant bond with their natural environment, some of them also have a health resort function, which is Konstancin's main feature.
